The registration fee covers :registration, conferece materials and facilities, airport pick up and gala dinner .

Housing Fees

Situated on the main campus of Al Akhawyn University, the residential complex provides easy access to various facilities including restaurant, health center, gymnasium, activities, as well as academic and administrative services.

The Housing staff are eager to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable .

*+5% addition :June 01 -June 30,2009

*+10% addition : 01 July - 25 July, 2009

* Cancellation made between september 01 - December 31: 10 % of the fees will be deduced

* Cancellation made between January 01 - May 30: 20 % of the fees will be deduced

* Cancellation made between June 01 - July18: 30 % of the fees will be deduced

* Cancellation made between July19 - July 25: Non refundable

* Additional costs e.g. medical insurance, etc. are NOT included.

* Other excursions are NOT included in the registration fees.

* Alumni under 21 years old will pay the same rates as students.
